Hotel rules

Welcome to Sannomiya Terminal Hotel
We hope you enjoy your stay and are able to make full use of our facilities.
In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly request that you observe hotel rules as stated in Article 10 of the Terms and conditions for Accommodation Contracts. Guests who do not comply with the rules will have their accommodation contract terminated.
  1. 1 We request that you refrain from the following:

    • (1) Using the guest rooms except for stay unless the cases we have permitted.
    • (2) Using any appliances for heating, cooking,etc in the hallway and guest rooms.
    • (3) Smoking except in smoking rooms or other locations where smoking is permitted.
    • (4) Activities that may inconvenience or endanger other guests, such as drinking to excess, hosting loud gatherings in guest rooms, etc.
    • (5) Bringing the following into the hotel:
      ⅰ. Pets and other animals, such as dogs, cats. birds, insects, livestock, etc. except for service animals.
      ⅱ. Objects that give off strong, foul odors
      ⅲ. Items in large quantities
      ⅳ. Explosives or flammable items such as gunpowder, gasoline, etc.
      ⅴ. Illegally owned gun , swords or narcotics.
    • (6) Gambling or other acts in contravention of public morals.
    • (7) Using guest rooms or the hotel lobby as a business office, etc.
    • (8) Using the hotel, equipment and articles except for their original purposes, or removing them from the hotel.
    • (9) Installing items to the building or equipment or altering existing ones.
    • (10) Distributing advertisements or other items to the the other guests.
    • (11) Leaving your personal belongings in the hall or hotel lobby without permission.
    • (12) Ordering meals or drinks to your room from outside the hotel.
  2. 2 Rules for settlement of accounts, handling of valuables and checked items;

    • (1) Please make the total payment when you check-in .
    • (2) If you wish to extend your stay, the charge for the extended stay
      and any other outstanding charges will be settled at that time.
    • (3) Please take your key when you leave your room.
      We can hold your key for you at the front desk if you plan to return to the hotel before midnight.
    • (4) Staff cannot visit guest rooms between midnight and 6:00 a.m. except in case of emergency. Please contact the staff between 6:00 a.m. and midnight if you have any inquiries.
    • (5) For express checkout, there is a key drop box.
      Please confirm that there are no outstanding charges before using express check out.
      Please go to the front desk if you need a receipt.
    • (6) We may remove your baggage from your room if you don’t inform us that you’d like to extend your stay.
    • (7) Checked baggage and other abandoned items will be disposed of in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations unless otherwise specified.
    • (8) We do not bear any responsibility for any loss of money or other valuables unless they are deposited at the front desk.
    • (9) Please refrain from leaving your room in pajamas or slippers.
    • (10) You will be charged for any damage to the facilities or damage to or loss of equipment.
